Mochi sets no cookies, so there's no cookie to consent to. It does store one random first-party ID in the visitor's browser — that's what links a payment back to the campaign that earned it — so name it in your privacy notice, as you would any tool that remembers a visitor between sessions. Nothing is shared across sites, sold, or sent to an ad network, so there's no ad-tracking wall to put in front of anyone.
